  1. Cleanse your face and neck, removing makeup and oils.
  2. Pick your desired LED light setting.

First Time Use

  1. Wear the face mask and neck décolletage pieces (together or separately).
  2. Adjust the straps for a snug but comfy fit.
  3. Connect to the remote via USB-C ports.
  4. Turn On by holding the power button.
  5. Select your LED colour with the ‘Mode’ button.
  6. Adjust intensity with the ‘Levels’ button (5 levels available):
  7. Activate near-infrared (NIR) by pressing the NIR button. NIR enhances all settings but is invisible.
  8. Relax for the recommended time.
