Yes, we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.
How long will my order take to receive my order if I am based in Australia?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Once you place your order it will be packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery timeframe within Australia is 2-4 business days.
How long will my order take to receive my order if I am based in New Zealand?
We offer both Standard and Express shipping to New Zealand. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please see below the estimated timeframe for both Standard and Express shipping:

How long will my order take to receive if I am based in the United States & Canada

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a quick replacement. For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask that the product be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been opened or used. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help.
What is your warranty policy?
We’re proud to offer a 12-month warranty on our products! This means that if you encounter any issues, we’re here to help. However, please note that our warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with, misused, or not used according to the product manual. We want to ensure you get the best experience with our products, so if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
