Returns and Refunds 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a prompt replacement.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty. However, we may refuse refunds if the product has been tampered with, misused, or not used according to the manual.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
